heart rate 104/65 -pulse 76 Weight 68.9 kg 151 lbs
I have been eating alot more salads lately… about 3-4 fresh ones from the farm. I put fresh snow pea in the salad for some extra protein.
I am still waiting on organic quinoa coming in the mail. I really hope that customs allow the package in. They have really been cauing problems lately. They have refused and sent back two packages already. Really angers me when someone shits on my parade, or in my easter basket. dont get in the way of my project!
My legs are getting a bit stronger enabling my walking to be much improved. I usually do half days at the farm and return to rest. Blood pressure has rebounded quite well, along with the weight up a little bit.
I am eating about 3 tomato/potato soups daily with a bit of seaweed for sodium. I will have another blood test soon to monitor levels.

security for farm…..

The Kings Chair pictured below!!!!!! Isnt this chair beautiful? This would go for at least 50 dollars in America. (cost of bamboo 5 dollars for one chair!) These chairs are for the JESUS table. The Jesus table is already finished and will seat about 15 people upstairs in community center. My master plan is to have a table just like the Jesus table for our harvesting! These chairs are amazing! I am so happy to have some skilled carpenters on the team!

Plenty of zucchini as seen in this picture……..

zzzzuchinni!!!!!!!! sexy sexy!

I have 5 rows of flaxseed seen popping up in this picture… Flaxseed has all the required essential fatty acids that are critical in the cure of cancer!!!!!! YES!

Jack o Lantern Pumpkin coming along well……… Pumpkins on easter? can it be? Yes sir!

Todays Booty from the farm! Not a bad looking heist huh? we are getting better with the carrots! Jalapenos have arrived as well!

weight 65.2 kg 143 lbs.
Blood pressure 84/55 76 pulse
Havin an issue with a stomach bug lately. Seems like something I ate. I was up all night battling this concern. Quite a terrible way to start the morning.
My blood pressure has been quite low again hence a slight adding of sodium to the diet. I will be careful this time that this amount is very little to prevent swelling of my feet and legs. I am continuing to add protein to my diet, in beans and lentils.
It seems like no matter I try to do now…. malabsorption and digestion issues are haunting me. Not to mention daily dehydration. What the fuck is really wrong with me? I must keep researching into some new ideas. A new plan is needed.

weight 66.4 kg / 146 lbs bolld pressure 96/60
I have been a little tired lately but very content. If you want something in life, you gotta go for it 100 percent. Every day is a battle (not sure if Im living a dream, or a nightmare) Things are moving fastly, but keeping my mind busy. I am satisfied that at the end of the day I ahve done my best. I have an army now to assist in my health endeavors.
I have been trying to eat alot more raw foods of recent. There is a lot of great things to eat while at the farm. I like to eat raw red cabbage, baby greens such as rainbow chard, carrots, butter lettuce, cherry tomato, and beet leaves. These make great snacks during the day! I think my major problem is still digestion / constipation. I look forward to more veggies coming at the farm.

67.7 kg / 149 lbs. blood pressure 110/61 MUCH BETTER NOW!
I have something to be happy about. My weight is up, and so is my blood pressure.
I am still eating some avocado, and using some natural seaweed to supplement sodium. seems to be working well. Still using some celery in my juicing as well.
Besides that the diet is the same. I am doing two coffee enemas a day now. Sometimes right att he farm! Alot of beet soup and tomato soup. The avocado is nice because it actually fills me up! Also some snow pea daily to supplement some protein. I have ordred some organic quinoa to satisfy my proteins as well. I am also interested in ordering some natural hemp seed. For this contains all the essential amino acids and I should be able to digest if the protein structure is complete and raw. Some of these things are not suggested for the initial therapy…. but the need for changes became apparent as the therapy rolls on.
Mentally I have struggled the last tow days. Today I am much beeter. Couple blunders, but the show must go on! Its always the the couple days before the full moon that are always fucking with me! Damn you full moon!
Had a nice gathering for my bday. I want to thank my mother for making all of this possible. She brings sunshine into the lives of others, therefore she cannot keep it from herself. Momma, there are people smiling here everyday from the things you have done here. Sometimes you cannot see the smiles, but I treasure every single one! I would not be alive, if it wasnt for you!
More pics to come very very soon!
