usually when the new moon approaches I GET ON.  I like new moon, it fires me up.  Today has been a good day.  Moggy got a haircut, I finally got my water distilling machine, dranks castor oil at 530 am, went to the market, and I got a girls phone number today.   Not to mention a 14 hour therapy for totally insane people only.  Ive been listening to alot of supertramp lately. 

Im one day away from a milestone.  Will I feel any different tomorrow.  I doubt it.  Will I feel better in 400 days.  I think so, and if anyone disagrees you can can kiss my narrow nonfat ass that almost falls into the toilet im so skinny now.    Had to get that out. 

The water machine came after 6 months of dealing with alot of uneducated, ignorant people.   Had to import one from korea.  It does about 7.5 L of water per hour.  It should finally be a solution to removing all the chlorine and flouride from the tap water.  It seems I will be one of the only people in thailand to own a steam water distilling machine.  Distilled water is very popular eveywhere else in the world….. strange….  This machine will save money in the long run for the water i was buying before was 1.25 US a liter.  Doing 3-4 coffee enemas a day and the need to wash vegetables with clean water can be consuming.  I will be moving in one week to relocate close to the farm.  I think I found a place up in the mountains that will do for now.  Good news is that the plants are growing very quickly after week one.  Just got some pictures today and will post them in my next blog.  Fucking A im glad I chose to live.   Still getting phone numbers and im having much difficulty walking now.  What do I have to fear, im fighting a chronic terminal illness today. 

Very good month so far. I like the fall, even though its 90 degrees here.

I desperately needed to add some protein to the diet, THE RIGHT WAY

This therapy reccomends to start adding some protein back in the therapy. They say some non fat organic dairy such as yogurt is ok….. Personally, i am a firm believer that diary has NO business in the human diet. What other species drinks the milk of another animal? Therefore I decided to get my protein a little different.

I am using live bamboo worms unstead. I figure the live worms has all the digestive enzymes in them already to break down. It is quite obvious by looking at my broken skinning body, I have some major protein wasting issues. I get the worms from the bamboo in the mountains. They are very delicious and high in protein!

I just take about 15-20 worms and put them right in my soup! They really dont have much of a taste really. A little squishy of course…… I plan on eating these until my therapy finishes. I am also looking into grasshoppers, crickets, ants, and beetles.

contacted the place where i have been buying my sterile water of previous. Yhey are a pharmeucitacal company in bangkok. Wanted to verify that their water did not have toxins such as chlorine or fluoride in their water. They refused to answer the question, stating they would not reveal how they make their water. Like its some secret as to whtehter they distill the water or not. Im not asking for the recipe of coca-cola or anything. I want to know if there is chemicals harmful to the body or not. Then they go on to say you have to work for them to find out, and asked if there was a desire for employment at their company. What pieces of SHIT!…… are you serious…..

obviously there is chemicals still in their water. The good news is that i ordered my own water distiller and it will be here in a week. Nothing surprises me anymore wherever I am in the world.

This strange picture is on the bathroom wall of this massage place I go to. By the way, the other day I recieved a massage from an old toothless lady that was a little over friendly and touchy during my message and creeped me out. This Thailand I must remind myself. I think she wanted to give me a free one on the house!

Last night I felt a bit strange.  I am very happy to see the full moon come and go…. I always struggle through periods of full moon.  This is true with many people with lyme as well.  I am not sure why but this has been documented in many cases.  High anxiety, and high amounts of toxins swirling around my brain causes distress.  Accompanied with drastic changes in body temperature.  Im glad that my night sweats have finally disappeared.  The night sweats were mostly occuring during times of heavy antibiotic usage.  It seems that the urinating during my sleep has finally stopped.  My stomach has been upset the past few days.  I am hoping that I am heading towards my first major healing reaction.  I will post below the information on healing reaction.  For most people, the following may be hard to believe….  But please keep in mind that the Big time drug companies and politicians are forcing traditional doctors to relay false information to the masses.   I beleive last night may have been a healing reaction.

Its day 53 of my therapy and I am experiencing some dehydration issues. I have contact he gerson people to address this issue. I believe the 3 coffee enemas is moving my fluids through my body very rapidly. I think this is good for quick riddance of toxins, but at the same time is dehyrdrating. My skin and eyes feel very dry. I wake up with a dry throat and feel hungover in the morning.
I have a date today with a nurse from my acupuncture place. I dont know how many people are dating while doing this therapy. But although I feel like shit, I am still on FIRE!

Here is the info for conducting a proper coffee enema…. Hope you enjoy! I reccomend using an ironing board that has different levels to adjust the height of the board! Also, please remember to place a plastic or vinyl sheet and towel over the bed you are laying in. ACCIDENTS will happen on a daily basis!

I have been meaning to spend more time on some of the Gerson Therapy basics. There, today i will cover the forbidden and non food items. Here is a list taken from the book “Healing the Gerson way” written by Charlotte Gerson.

Today is Day 51 of my therapy and I am an emotional wreck. I am getting very tired of talking about it too. I could really use a drink, or 20 drinks.

What foods are left? I find that a swift punch to my own gentiles will suppress my hunger long enough to get my mind away from constant starvation….

The therapy has gone a lot more smoother today. I seem to have figured out a better way to utilize the coffee enemas. I have decided to use half the amount of water, down to 500 ML from 1,000ML. The water must be applied ever so slowly to prevent spasms! This can be very time consuming, but must be done to assure absorption. Today I visited Doi Khom to purchase some more organic vegetables and fruits. It is truly amazing the amount that is consumed with this therapy. The weather was sunny and 98 degrees today. I am starting to have slight headaches and an overall cloudiness in the morning. Today was also a Castor Oil day. That requires taking 2 Tablespoons of Organic Castor Oil one hour before breakfast. This helps speed up the toxins that the 10 organic juices are pulling from the body on a daily basis. The Castor oil is taken with 1/2 cup of organic coffee, 1/2 tablespoon of raw organic honey, and 2 slices of an orange. I woke at 6:30 am to take the oil. I ate breakfast at 8:00 am, and by 10 am your body will completely flush the Castor oil! It is quite an unpleasant feeling. I get very nautious and light headed, some headaches too. This process is to be repeated every other day. After the process is complete I always feel better. Here is a picture of a Thai person on a motorbike. It must be great not to have sweat glands. Here you will see a straight up winter jacket on this woman! They wear this to protect from the sun, but come on how about a long sleeve T-shirt? They think its crazy when they see a white person “expose” their skin. They also believe the whiter the skin the better.
