Saturday, January 30th, 2010day 303
Friday, January 29th, 2010weight 66.4 kg / 146 lbs bolld pressure 96/60
I have been a little tired lately but very content. If you want something in life, you gotta go for it 100 percent. Every day is a battle (not sure if Im living a dream, or a nightmare) Things are moving fastly, but keeping my mind busy. I am satisfied that at the end of the day I ahve done my best. I have an army now to assist in my health endeavors.
I have been trying to eat alot more raw foods of recent. There is a lot of great things to eat while at the farm. I like to eat raw red cabbage, baby greens such as rainbow chard, carrots, butter lettuce, cherry tomato, and beet leaves. These make great snacks during the day! I think my major problem is still digestion / constipation. I look forward to more veggies coming at the farm.

day 302
Thursday, January 28th, 201067.7 kg / 149 lbs. blood pressure 110/61 MUCH BETTER NOW!
I have something to be happy about. My weight is up, and so is my blood pressure.
I am still eating some avocado, and using some natural seaweed to supplement sodium. seems to be working well. Still using some celery in my juicing as well.
Besides that the diet is the same. I am doing two coffee enemas a day now. Sometimes right att he farm! Alot of beet soup and tomato soup. The avocado is nice because it actually fills me up! Also some snow pea daily to supplement some protein. I have ordred some organic quinoa to satisfy my proteins as well. I am also interested in ordering some natural hemp seed. For this contains all the essential amino acids and I should be able to digest if the protein structure is complete and raw. Some of these things are not suggested for the initial therapy…. but the need for changes became apparent as the therapy rolls on.
Mentally I have struggled the last tow days. Today I am much beeter. Couple blunders, but the show must go on! Its always the the couple days before the full moon that are always fucking with me! Damn you full moon!
Had a nice gathering for my bday. I want to thank my mother for making all of this possible. She brings sunshine into the lives of others, therefore she cannot keep it from herself. Momma, there are people smiling here everyday from the things you have done here. Sometimes you cannot see the smiles, but I treasure every single one! I would not be alive, if it wasnt for you!
More pics to come very very soon!
9 volunteers this week!

Sunday, January 24th, 2010day 298
Sunday, January 24th, 2010weight 65 kg - 145 lbs heart rate 93/53
water is alot better now at the farm! Bought a 5.5 Hp Honda Gas pump, a 3,000 L storage tank, and some new sprinklers. Just about all the plants are getting adequate water now! I can rest a little easier my babies have been taken care of! I was worrying about losing some plants.
Yesterday Kuhn Pope and Kuhn Bpaip (the Lam Bah Cheeb workers that made the community center) made a 2 meter metal stand to elevate the water reservoir. A big thankyou to both of these guys once again! They are the most valuable players on the team! MVP!
We want to do most of our watering now by gravitation from the water reservoir. This will be much more efficient. Here is a great picture of Pope using the welding machine yesterday. He asked to borrow my sunglasses….. I thought he was worried about the sun……. no, no…….. this was his welding mask! hahaha More pics to come soon on the finished product. We are putting the tank in the cement now….
Gavin and gaiselle from America have arrived from America to assist in volunteering! That means I currently have 6 people volunteering right now!!!!!! I am so grateful! Tomorrow I will have one more arrival from Keisha from jamaica. Here is a picture from last nights dinner….

day 296
Thursday, January 21st, 2010Good mornin.
Had two new volunteers arrive last night. Michael and Katie from USA. Michael has over 10 years of organic experience, and I am very grateful to have his wisodm here now…. we can surely use it. Today we are installing a new water reservoir and pump. I mentioned before, we are overhauling the old irrigation system. We are going to a drip system that will save water and better provide the roots with adequate water.
Today we have two more volunteers Luana and Honey Coming in from Amsterdam. They are interested in learning on the farm, as well as the Gerson therapy. They mentioned they would like to try it for a week. I am very happy to teach the cure for cancer to other open minded individuals who are willing to listen! I am too caught up in my own health to think now, that I have learned a very important therapy as well. Passing on the tactics of the therapy is a wonderful thing to do!
My health has been much better than the last two weeks. I am up and walking around again. Doing as much as possible, and taking my rest as well. I have even started to do half my therapy right at the farm in the community center. I just set up my bed and my coffee enema station right at the farm! WHY NOT? I am having some of the best times of my life even though I am very ill. I cant ask for much more right now. I am content and my will is strong. Giving up is not an option. My birthday is coming up just at the same time I finish 300 days……

Wednesday, January 20th, 2010This is Greg from Canada. He is the latest volunteer to help contribute at the farm. He has done a great job at the project over the last week. Also, bringing some good vibes and good tunes as well! Thank you to all the WOOFER volunteers who have assisted. Your work is greatly appreciated.
We are having some irrigation issues at the farm. Therefore, an overhaul is needed. We have a new pump that will be installed, and are looking into buying a 5KW biodiesel generator. This should do the trick. Having electricity at the farm and community center will enable the therapy program there as well! We are also looking into buying a 5,000 L water reservoir that we will elevate to provide water storage for the farm.
It has certainly been another interesting month. Then again, its the month of the aquarius!

The carrots are part of the CURE for cancer! I add 6 carrots and half an apple. Organic and all naturally grown vegetables only…….. I like the cultural women with the darker skin…. because I too am from the province of Issan. (Issan is the Northeast region of Thailand where the cultural darker complexion people reside) Cut the carrots in half……. also the apple…. Add a little bit of carrot and mix the apple. Do not fill the bag full only half…. excuse me, can you get me a glass please? when half the bag is full you can put in the press…CAN CAN CAN… I drink 10 juices a day…. slowly slowly with the press…. okkkk very good very good… finish already…. im very excited… this is very important juice, because its the cure for cancer… aiiiiiiiiii good bye, and good luck… im finished now…
