PEPPER EATING CONTEST… HAVE A LOT OF JALAPENO AND CAYENNE PEPPERS… SO I DECIDED TO HAVE A LITTLE CONTEST- I got a booth at a japenese hippie festival this past week and sold some carrot juice from the farm. We decided to spicen up things a little and have a hot spicy pepper cayenne and jalapeno eating contest. The rules were eat as many peppers as you can in 10 minutes. JAPANESE

waited a bit too long in between blood tests…
my choleterol at 111 was way too low…. not good
so I got back on my organic coconut oil routine and am already feeling better. There is such a good thing as a saturated fat that is good for you. Contrary to governemnt fed lies about fats. That should help my cholesterol get back to a normal range. This diet can be scary at times… although its natural, you have to be careful and keep up!

Saturday, February 20th, 2010The farm is going great. currently have 6 volunteers.
Colin and Ciera from USA, Jeff and Agnes from Toronto, Canada… and just arrived Lydie and Gabriel from France.
We are getting caught up at the farm for sure. Carrots are coming out absolutely beautiful! Things are really looking good especially considering the timeframes we have accomplished our goals. I am very critical of the work here, but must stay realistic. The goals that have been met already considering the circumstances are amazing. More pictures to come very soon!
The Jesus table is completed and the chairs. I am very proud to have this nice table! I have never had a nice table and chairs set before.

Interesting week, interesting month to say the least. happy to see this one come and go.
problems and problems…. refusing to give up is the only option at this point…
I will need some rest today. My legs are aching and am having more dehydration issues. similar to 45 days ago. I had to up my sodium levels again to combat this. It seems to help. I am almost to a 100 percent organic diet from the farm, and this is good news. Therefore, objectives are being met, I must say while going through HELL. Got some more celery today , which is great for bnatural sodium. Also, have some celery coming along fairly well at the farm now! Child labor laws? they start these kids young here!

and here is a sexy flower….. This is our first flax flower! I am very excited about the flax for the seeds of this flower can be pressed into oil. This is the healthiest oil in the world for battling cancer! We have flax growing in numerous different places in the farm now!

happy to see blood pressure up a bit. It had gotten so bad for a while there, that my body was constantly numb! I have been eating alot more lentils and beans of recent. I have concocted a new recipe. Snow pea and potato lentil soup…. Its a nice source of protein, I just wonder if I can assimilate. Took a nice bush nap today. I usually wake around 5 am, therefore a little nap around 2pm can be refreshing. Happy to see much more organic foods coming from farm. Red cabbage, broccoli, fresh greens, and carrots are great to eat raw while at the farm. Tomorrow Im gonna experiment with some organic cabbage soup. I like trying new recipes because I have been eating the same thing for 317 days now!

I have been eating alot more salads lately… about 3-4 fresh ones from the farm. I put fresh snow pea in the salad for some extra protein.
I am still waiting on organic quinoa coming in the mail. I really hope that customs allow the package in. They have really been cauing problems lately. They have refused and sent back two packages already. Really angers me when someone shits on my parade, or in my easter basket. dont get in the way of my project!
My legs are getting a bit stronger enabling my walking to be much improved. I usually do half days at the farm and return to rest. Blood pressure has rebounded quite well, along with the weight up a little bit.
I am eating about 3 tomato/potato soups daily with a bit of seaweed for sodium. I will have another blood test soon to monitor levels.
